
How it works
Drawn Together brings a unique and personalised live art experience to your event. Whether it's a wedding, birthday, baby shower, corporate event or any get together, we capture the special moments and guest portraits with beautiful, custom illustrations created in real-time.
How to get started:
First you can head over to our Packages tab and explore our range of packages and extra add-ons, then get in touch to discuss your preference for your event. Once you're all booked in, you can relax knowing we will handle the rest.
On the day of your event we will arrive 1 hour before your hire time, this is so we can set up and be prepared to begin at the start time of your booking, you are not charged for this extra hour. We will need roughly 30 minutes after your hire time ends to pack away and leave the site, you are not charged for this pack down time.
With minimal setup required, we bring everything we need, all you need to provide is the space. Let us turn your event into a live art experience that your guests will cherish!
During your hire at your event, our process is simple and seamless:
1. Capture the Moment - Have your photo taken by Laurie
Laurie, our talented photographer, takes candid shots of your guests or invites
them to pose at our table depending on the nature of your event. Guests can
choose between a close-up portrait (from the shoulders up) or a full-body drawing,
by themselves or as a duo.
2. Instant Artwork - Ellie will begin to illustrate you
Using the photos, we create bespoke illustrations on the spot. Ellie, our incredible
artist, begins illustrating each special moment captured by Laurie. The style of drawing
depends on your chosen package. Each illustration is hand drawn onto A5 card, which
features your personalised text on the back along with some information about us.
3. A Keepsake Memento to Treasure - Collect your Illustration
Each sketch takes about 5 minutes, as each illustration is completed, these are placed
into a clear wallet and displayed on our display stand for your guests to collect. This
process allows your guests to walk away with a unique and personal memento at the
end of your event as a special keepsake to remember the occasion.
4. Post-Event Magic
What if guests didn’t get a chance to be drawn or forget to collect? No problem! We offer complimentary post-event services to ensure everyone has the opportunity to recieve their portrait. If we did not have time to create all illustrations from photo references, these will be completed shortly after your event and posted to you. As the for illustrations completed on the day but left behind, these will be handed to you at the end of your hire time.
